PRE-ORDER INFO (JUDITH LOCKET)

When purchasing a locket with a picture, please be sure to upload a picture that is clear and in a high resolution format. We are unable to check each picture before it is printed, and we are unable to change the picture once you have submitted it. 

We will do our best to fit your picture into the locket as best as we can, but we recommend submitting a vertical picture that has enough background space. Selfies do not fit well in this style of locket as the cavity is extremely small. Due to the size of the picture that is being placed and the quality of your image, we cannot guarantee an HD image for your locket. If your picture is unable to be accessed or downloaded - you will be refunded $5 and sent an empty locket.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

• Pre-orders can take between 1-4 weeks to begin processing. Unlike regular products, pre-orders will ship the date that is listed on the product.
• After the 1-4 weeks of processing, it can take another 1-2 weeks for your locket to ship.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS:

• Package is damaged from shipping.
• Order is stamped wrong from what you input in your order.
•  You did not receive the entirety of your order.

NO REFUNDS IF:

• Your package says delivered but you cannot find it
• USPS misplaces your package (Each order is insured up to $100 via USPS)

IF YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE DELIVERED BECAUSE OF INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS:

• You would like us to send your package again to the correct address you will have to cover the shipping cost.
• If you would rather have a refund then you will receive 50% of your order total refunded to you. (Shipping cost not refunded)
