Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS:

  • Package is damaged from shipping.
  • Order is stamped wrong from what you input in your order.
  •  You did not receive the entirety of your order.

NO REFUNDS IF:

  • Your package says delivered but you cannot find it
  • USPS misplaces your package (Each order is insured up to $100 via USPS)

IF YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE DELIVERED BECAUSE OF INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS:

  • You would like us to send your package again to the correct address you will have to cover the shipping cost.
  • If you would rather have a refund then you will receive 50% of your order total refunded to you. (Shipping cost not refunded)

 

PRE-ORDERS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GOODS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY VENDOR ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND TO CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR CUSTOMER'S PURPOSE OR SYSTEM INTEGRATION; INFORMATIONAL CONTENT OR ACCURACY; NON-INFRINGEMENT; QUIET ENJOYMENT; AND TITLE.  VENDOR DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE GOODS OR THE SERVICES. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING USING THE GOODS OR THE SERVICES REMAINS WITH CUSTOMER.
