Shipping Policy

All orders will receive full tracking information via email and/or SMS text.

GUARENTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CAN BE ASSURED IF ORDERS ARE PLACED BEFORE THE 5TH OF DECEMBER. ORDERS PLACED AFTER WILL BE SHIPPED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, BUT CANNOT BE GUARENTEED TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE THE 25TH.

SHIPPING POLICY:

• Orders may take 3-5 days to be created as all products are hand made.
• Orders arrive in 3-5 Business Days once they have been shipped
• If your order is lost within USPS or UPS, please contact the shipping company and file a claim. We have no control once it is placed into their hands. 
• SPECIAL DATES/SHIPPING CHANGES WILL BE POSTED ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

• Pre-orders can take between 1-4 weeks to begin processing. Unlike regular products, pre-orders will ship the date that is listed on the product. After the 1-4 weeks of processing, it can take another 1-2 weeks for your locket to ship.
